So… I did this basically to remind me that I can lose weight. I want to lose weight because I just want to like myself, love myself. I want to try clothes and think that I look good, nice. I don’t want to be skinny, I want to feel beautiful. And I know I can because I did it for 6 months but I start to eat rubish again. So I need to begin again. OK I know you don’t care but… I just hold this paper in my wall to remind me that IF I TRY I CAN!
